Builder by trade. Father by calling.

I'm Anastos — 43-year-old husband to my wife Meaghan of 14 years and dad of five (Tasso, Michael, Andrew, Hunter, and Adriana). I started Forged Tech Company LLC because I believe small businesses deserve great technology without big-agency price tags.

Before this, I host the Man Without A Title Podcast — and I've shipped two iOS apps to the App Store: MWAT and Agapi Bible Companion. I'm currently building ForgedFast, an AI-powered social media automation tool for creators.

How much does a website cost?

Single-page websites typically run $497 – $997. Multi-page sites are $1,497 – $2,497. Mobile apps and SaaS projects are quoted separately based on scope. Every project starts with a free discovery call so you know exactly what you're paying for.

How long does a project take?

Single-page websites: 3–7 days. Multi-page sites: 1–3 weeks. Mobile apps and SaaS platforms: depends on scope, but typical small apps land in the 4–10 week range. Every quote includes a guaranteed delivery date.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — I can split most projects into 50/50 (start + delivery) or 33/33/33 (start + midpoint + launch). Just ask. Faith says yes more often than no when it comes to working with good people.

Will my site work on mobile?

Every website I build is mobile-first. That means it's designed for phones first and scaled UP to desktop — not the other way around. Test it on your iPhone before you sign off, every time.

Who owns the code and the website after delivery?

You do. 100%. Once the project is paid in full, the code, design, content, and domain are all yours. No "agency rentals." No hostage situations. If you want to walk and find a different developer two years later, you can take everything with you.

Do you do ongoing maintenance?

Yes — month-to-month maintenance plans available starting at $99/month. Includes updates, security patches, content edits, hosting, and a guaranteed response time when something breaks. Cancel anytime.

What if I don't like the design you deliver?

Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions baked into the price. If after that you still don't love it, we keep working until you do — no extra charge for the first month. The goal is a finished site you're proud of, period.

Do you take faith-based / ministry projects?
